PlayKids+ Kids Learning Games App Reviews

Wanting to unsubscribe and unable to do so. There is literally no option to do so and it doesnt show where when I try doing it through apple.

My child loves this app, I just wish it had a Spanish version.

The updates to the Puzzles and the Matching Shadow game did not make sense to me at all. For the puzzles, yes, I understand you can make them more challenging, but the easy ones should have remained available until our kids are ready for that challenge. Now my son just gets frustrated, whereas, before he would actually complete the puzzles and would get so excited and have that amazing sense of accomplishment and confidence boost that he needs while hes developing. His behavior is a total 180 with the new puzzles. The Matching Shadow game went from dragging the toys to the toy chest to dragging them above it in mid-air. Im sure whoever came up with this idea and whoever and approved it thought they were on their A-game, but it was really dumb and confused my son for a while. He eventually got the hang of the new version, but why? The change made no sense. If you want to put a winky smile on the toy chest, just put it on the chest that was already there. Also, without the learning games being as engaging for my son, hes watching more of the mindless videos. We loved the original version, and I was waiting for my son to be a little older before purchasing the full version, but now I probably wont.

Paid to subscribe and the app doesnt work. It says it has to update but doesnt update at all.

My two year old grandson was in tears when he could no longer open whatever he wanted on the app. My daughter can barely afford food so for her paying for this monthly is out of the question. I would possibly pay at a lower amount but the fact that you have basically held almost the whole app hostage to purchase of the premium subscription has me ready to delete you altogether.

I love this app

My 5 year old loves this app! All his favorite shows are on it and there are great activities that he loves to do like paint. Its also nice that there is only one subscription fee that lets him use all of the apps. There are two other different apps that you can acces through this main one that are great as well. One is called Stories which lets him listen to and read-a-long with a bunch of different ebooks and another one called Party that has fun and age appropriate games. The content all around is great and is largely educational, which takes the gilt away (just a tiny bit) for letting him be on my phone while I get stuff done around the house or if I am running errands. Overall, this is a great product and $6.99 a month for all three apps is a great deal! Thanks PlayKids!

Cant open app unless you enter your iTunes password and buy $50 subscription. Thought this was a free app?! Had to delete it since my kids cant use it.

I have had this app for over a year with no problems. This morning I updated to the most recent version. When I opened it it was requesting my Apple login for iTunes. If I hit cancel, it just kept popping up. When I proceeded it said it was a $49.99 renewing subscription. Hitting cancel on that didnt work either. I had to restart my phone to get out of it and it even still popped up on my homescreen after rebooting. My son loves this app but for the level he uses it, I am not paying $50 for it. I hope this gets corrected soon.

My son loves this app; the songs are super cute and my son loves them, he even learned his vowels singing them. However, the app doesnt even open without asking to be subscribed, CONSTANTLY!

Great app though seems they want you to sub for all their apps or barely works. Ive had to cancel and resub multiple times as it doesnt see if you wipe your phone. So yearly sub is useless! Plus if kid pushes to do in-app purchase no way to stop it, it keeps popping tell you say ok! I had to go through Apple support just to cancel and get my money back in 7-10 business days. App needs to be fixed.

had to delete the app from the kids iPads. constant nag screens asking me to "sign in to Apple store" "verify purchase for $49.99". too much!

You have to download all the clips, taking up a ton of space. The puzzles are not that great (my 2.5 year old can easily figure it out and they are not challenging at all). And it was not easy to cancel the subscription that they charge $7 a month for.

My grandchildren are 6 & 4 and they both love it. It has been a lifesaver for me numerous times while babysitting.

As soon as I signed up for a subscription, the app stopped working correctly. Needless to say stopped subscription. Just stick with the free version, which doesnt give you much.

Do not use this app. It has a auto-renewal signature. No option to cancel.

I remember this app had at least one free video or game for a few of the shows!! Now everything has to be paid for! Why even allow people to download it for free??? Might as well pay for the app!

Need to unsubscribe please help . Not sure how do its do their is no option to unsubscribe.

When playing the app with my daughter I realized we could switch to French (my native language) when going through all the animals. You can also do alphabet, numbers and colors. The animals are very wrong. It was obviously created by someone who was not a native French speaker and the spelling is sometimes really wrong. Please fix it!
