It crashes on the welcome screen 1 second after opening app, re downloading doesnt remedy the problem

App stopped working last week , we paid good money for it and it should be working or return our $$$$,

Please fix app! No longer working. Pretty frusturating when I pay each month to use this app!

This was the perfect app for my granddaughter but now every time she opens it it closes and she cries please fix ASAP!!

5 stars when it works FIX NOW!! I dont know what has happened to this app but it needs to be fixed and fixed fast! My son is soooooo upset and I may lose my hair if this isnt fixed soon. Why would u make an update and it not work it crashes each time he opens it hes so sad cries for his shows and smell Mo song! Please please fix! Sincerely one very upset mommy and 2y old boy! Who just wants is app back!

Im extremely frustrated. The app crashes mid load and my son is upset and frankly? Im paying enough money, this is ridiculous. Seriously. Fix the issue. Please!

One of our sons fave apps, as soon as we bought it, it crashed! For how expensive it is, a full refund should be awarded!

Love the app. My daughter is in love with it but it hasnt been working at all the last few days. Wont even open. I hope this gets fixed cause my daughter will be disappointed.

You get like 3 videos and have To pay a stupid amount for the rest. I really wish they would tell you this before a DL and not waste time and space. Toddle tube is .99 cents and you get them all forever. Deleted.

Game and cartoons all in one!

This app is fantastic for young children. My son is 19 months old and he loves the interactive train or submarine. Thank you for designing such a friendly app for children.

My 2 year old loves this app :) I find the games very educational and the cartoons are awesome for long trips.

I signed up for a "free" trial for a month. To be billed at the end of the month. When I realized it was a monthly subscription and not a one-time fee, I cancelled within an hour of purchasing. I received a bill for the "trial" period! Didnt even have it an hour! Hoping I dont get a bill next month too because Im getting no reply from apple either.

Tried the trial version, but shows freeze during the first minute and can never play them. Trying to cancel my trial subscription, theyre making it impossible. Dont bother, you can find all this stuff on YT anyway

Dont bother! The app is slow and freezes. I cant even get a trial subscription as the app "errors" dont allow the selection to work. Lame...

Im unable to update shows says I cant download outside of my home country (Im in my home country) So paid out money and cant even watch the shows.

Was a great app unroll update know certain feature are not working. Such as the piano. Which was a personal favourite for my child.

Free trial it works good but then when I Renew it I got billed then the app crash and it didnt work anymore it keep crashing :/ please fix it. Im so disappointing coz my son loves it.

i just got this for my kids and they love it. easy to use and a fun interface. everyone with kids should get this app!!!
